They do multiple lay offs. Recently almost everyone were laid off except for 5-10 members in the entire company. They don't have proper financial planning. Whenever they run short of money they lay off and when they have handful of amount they arrange for trips. In my view, when they have good profit it is better to save some for future risks instead of multiple rounds of lay offs. They have the culture of hire and fire. Had good experience while working, but no one can provide job security, irrespective of how hard you work. We have also worked round the clock throughout the week during critical releases. But nothing counts

I had a great experience working in Plobal, It was a life changing experience for me, people were very kind and especially the CEO Atul.

Dislikes

They follow hiring and firing culture if by any chance they don't perform well. And you not know when it will be your last working day. All of a sudden everything finished. In my opinion, if company is not performing well then inform you employees and take a mutual decision or else reduce the salary for certain time period and many more things could be done inspite of firing immediately.
