Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). The culture is good. Few ppl were there to help when needed. Tech stack is good golang and python. You might learn a lot but it depends on manager. You need to keep asking for good work and projects.

Dislikes

The team might seems to be nice but beware they might play political games with you. People will try to blame you even if it's not your fault. As it's remote many a time team mates are not listening or ready to listen. Appraisal are just like peanut and promotion is difficult here. Work is not getting praised here. Recently got to know they are secretly laying off. fortunately I am not one of them till now.
