I think for me there is no such thing which I can dislike but one thing can be improve like Salary date fixed as salary date is between 3-10th of month.

Plexusbit software values their employees , I joined the company before 2 months ago , My personal experience is that this company and the team appreciate for the completed tasks, they give challenges to keep employees motivated , team work is the one of the thing i liked about , They also pays well (to freshers and experienced ) . Promotions are done twice a year , They have excellent people management skills . Mentorship is also the best think i liked about . The leave policies are also good . The linkedin posts you see that company should provide appreciation , value etc etc , plexusbit does that haha . I like to work with plexusbit .

I have been working with this management for more than 3 years now and they provide consistent opportunities and challenging work which helm us to be flexible, learn new skills.
