Being a part this company, I love the work I do. In fact it brings me my bread and butter and I am grateful for having it. Here people come from different backgrounds, culture and we enjoy working together as a team. It has a relaxed and productive atmosphere. Here each of one is open and honest to share their feedback. Here the work environment is very flexible. people are very supportive including CEO & Co-founder of a company.

Too much of work pressure. sometimes need to do over time. No performance appraisal, no rewards.

Training was not required as operations and team handling was my skill set for past 3-4 years. But Product knowledge was not given nor the approch was entertained by the management.
