Remove from ojt and keep few people even though they are on 0 and partiality doing quality manager is giving fake promises and remove in ojt without reason and salary put on hold just for few sick leaves or lop and salari very loww and hr taking interview s very rude and no proper employee feedback and hr only do timepas sessions so if you want serious job without salary hold and politics then dont come in platinum one bpo in thane avoit it for career gap and salary loss

Low salary, no mediclaim for employees , rude hr and trainer and even for sick leaves they remove from job ojt and no time for breaks and smoke break. Trainer shouts for taking break. Remove during ojt

Platinum one is Fraud Organization. Plz don't join and if you're working their plz check you're salary break and salary slip. U will see huge difference.

THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT IS GOOD. MY COLLEGUES AND MANAGER WERE HELPFUL. OVERALL I ENJOYES MY WORK OVER THERE.

MY SALARY WAS TOO LOW REGARDLESS OF MY EXPERIENCE IN WORKING IN INTERNATIONAL BPO. CAREER GROWTH AND OPPORTUINITES ARE LESS

Trainer is good, we got good training for work from him. Team members are really helpful. Office is good.

Dislikes

...giving good results, we rarely get appreciation. Work life balance is not there. Even for salary slip, we need to ask TL first, then HR, then we get salary slip. We don't get it directly.
