Second, if wrongly you have joined and want to leave PLATINUM please do not ever give notice period otherwise you will not going to get your hard earned salary, experience certificate and salary slips etc. Because you are cooperating with PLATINUM by giving notice period from your side but what they will do , they accept and when your notice period is going to over they demand you to extend it for some more days, if you agree then may be they further ask you to extend some more days and if you dont agree to extend notice period they will not going to release your salary, experience certificates etc. That is why many of employees had to leave without giving notice period because they knew that if they had gave the notice period they would not be get theier hard earned salary. Hence never give notice period work till 30 day of month then take 7 days excuse leave and when your salary get into your account then only drop mail them of resignation. This is the only way to get your salary of 01 month Only LALA COMPANY which the worst of all LALAS COMPANY
