No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?

In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

...he worst organization i have had worked for. No growth, No work satisfaction. Second, if wrongly you have joined and want to leave PLATINUM please do not ever give notice period otherwise you will not going to get your hard earned salary, experience certificate and salary slips etc. Because you are cooperating with PLATINUM by giving notice period from your side but what they will do , they accept and when your notice period is going to over they demand you to extend it for some more days, if you agree then may be they further ask you to extend some more days and if you dont agree to extend notice period they will not going to release your salary, experience certificates etc. That is why many of employees had to leave without giving notice period because they knew that if they had gave the notice period they would not be get theier hard earned salary. Hence never give notice period work till 30 day of month then take 7 days excuse leave and when your salary get into your account then only drop mail them of resignation. This is the only way to get your salary of 01 month Only LALA COMPANY which the worst of all LALAS COMPANY
