राजनीत, परंपरा है की मैं 20 साल से काम कर रहा हु तो मुझे सब पता है, नए लोगो को न सुनना, मौका ना देना, आगे नहीं बड़ाना, नीचे ग्रेड और वर्कर जो कम्पनी की रीड है जहा काम होता है उन पर विशेष ध्यान देने की जरूरत है ,नुकसान कहा हो रहा example के लिए एक प्रोडक्शन डिपार्टमेंट उसके अंदर एक शिफ्ट इंचार्ज है जिनको DGM पोस्ट दिया है, भीर उसके बाद 3 DGM और है और एक GM है क्या प्रोडक्शन में 4 DGM की जरूरत है ऐसे ही हर डिपार्टमेंट का हाल है इसमें से सिर्फ एक दो की सिर्फ जरूरत है , ये कम्पनी का बहुत बड़ा नुकसान है , और इसका सीधा असर नीचे ग्रेड और वर्कर पर भी पड़ता है ,पहले काम रहा होगा लेकिन अभी कम्पनी में बहुत सारी सुभिधाए हो गई है काम बहुत आसान हो गया है, इनको और काम और नया रोल देना चाहिए, और आज के मार्केट के हिसाब से ज्यादा एक्टिव होना पड़ेगा,कम्पनी बहुत बढ़िया कम्पनी के सेठ जी बहुत अच्छे है मैं यहा रिटायरमेंट तक काम करना चाहता था , और बदलाब की आवश्कता है और जोर की आवश्कता है, मेरे हालात अलग है मेरा सैलरी इशू है थोड़ा मुस्किल हो रहा है इसके लिए मैं छोड़ रहा रहा हु, निवेदन है कि ये मेरे व्यक्तिगत विचार थे किसी पर कोई दोसारोपड नही है 🙏

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.....but unfortunately I quit this job.....😔

Team mates are good, bosses are average, learning opportunities and growth opportunities are excellent if you are ready to deliver the expected results. Work life balance in the company is excellent.

Salary offered is below par the industry standards. Training and development of the company is lagging behind time.

There is nothing to like about this company at all. Pathetic work culture, un-supportive staff who doesn't welcome people's from other industry.

Everything to dislike Culture, people attitude, job insecurity, murky internal politics, people pitching against each other, bad gossips.

We don't work as employee of PBI, we work as family. The support and help we get from management ( Mr. S N Kabraji & Mr. Varun Kabra) is tremendous. They take care of every employee like family members. In Covid-19, they never force anyone to come and work during lock down. Instead they order laptops for everyone and provide work from home and stay safe. Now our office party opened with take care of all precautionary measures and convenient time and with personal transportation facility to avoid public transport. I am feeling very lucky to be part of PBI family.
