Good Work Life Balance, for beginners, you can learn a lot as you have to directly be in contact with clients to implement a very powerful Planvisage SCM tool and fulfil their requirements. You get insight on how big companies manage their supply chains and closely work with important people in the industry. Overall a good company to work for and I hope as the industry is growing the company grows bigger and employees are well compensated so they don’t leave.

Less Compensation and career growth is slow. Not a lot of training is given to new joinees, however you can directly speak to your seniors or ceo if you have any doubt or need clarity about something.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
