Employees are good natured individually (delhi mayur vihar) , but when it comes to work no one wants to guide but everyone wants results, in 6 months of probation period after 2 months they started to react like - your performance is not good, our MD is not satisfied with your performance,

Dislikes

Daily volume of entries 600+ but after 1.5 months tried best to handle atleast 400 a day after that they told performance is not good, a person not known with that industry cant handle the work without guidance.
