I like the way students interact with the teachers, get to learn while teaching them and also the flexibility of hours for teaching them. I can choose my suitability and availability of hours and parents are also cooperative..

They don't pay if in case students don't join from their side and also the restrictions of classes which reduces the payments credited. And in case students are busy and can't do the practice and performance classes, it reduces our ratings as well and no bonus is credited.

Nothing because they have started doing unlawful activities

They take money from the students and stopped paying back to the teachers. They won't pay even the amount which is mentioned in the contract. Teachers will take them to court for violating labour law.

I am able to balance my work and life efficiently. Therea are no. of opportunities for the the teachers which can really help them to add extra salary benefits.

I didn't liked anything here. They asked me to pay saying that "They will be refunding back my money later" Though, I get selected or not. As I cleared all the rounds and lost it in the video interview. I asked the HR who interviewed me, to refund back my money. They aren't responding and being arrogant. The whole plan of planet spark is to take money with people and stop responding them. These kind of platforms should be removed from naukri. These platforms hit this app in a negative way and people will stop using job apps because of these kind of fraud platform's.
