Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

1. Work Life balance. 2. Managers are good. 3. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

They won't give you variables pay and appraisal. Please ask for less variable and good hike before joining. Higher Management is very poor. Each person in higher management is working for 2 company either he/she have own company or working for another company as well.

...ary day from last 2 months and still didn't got other half salary of this month. Didn't paid variable pay for this years. Laid off some old employees. Not a good organisation for software engineers in terms of technical growth as this company is a real estate company not a software company.
