...e. You are expected to work in both on a daily basis. There is no job security. Salary is mostly delayed sometimes by a few days or by few weeks. They keep finding ways to cut costs. Like increasing probation period even for interns. They never pay out full bonus as described in Offer Letter. Every quarter they come up with something new to cut salary. If you have a upcoming bonus and you resign they will never pay it. Won't Send F&F amount for 6 months citing operational reasons best known to them. Above all of this work is terrible almost 10 to 12 hours of work everyday and too much of politics and unrealistic expectations. Thankfully smoking and drinks are allowed in office to drown your sorrows in. No real appraisals they give barely 10 to 15 percent raise and often delay appraisal cycle by quarters citing funding problems.
