Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

I literally think this is not worthy place for qualified person to work there.They aren't professional toward there work and project.The only thing, they want that there work to be done.They don't care about the qaulity at all.There are no respect for the company employee.Seniors don't even have the manners to talk with their employees.There is nothing to learn for fresher civil engg.there,the only thing you would learn there that how to handle labour,how to enjoy the three seasons of sites,how to abuse labour,how to cut their wages.One suggestion for the freshers,don't ever join this company,if you join this company you will definately regret of being civil enng.they will make just a supervisor.At last my experience with this company is like a nightmare.That's enough to explain my experience.
