The culture in the company is good. There is good work-life balance upto a some extent.

Dislikes

The pay is terrible. The work i.e. secondary research is the most boring job one could find. There is no growth at all after 2 months of joining. Team Leaders and Research Managers are very biased. The more you stay here, the more harder it gets to get out.

The pay is not appropriate as per designation they pay median pay for all there role which is not enough to survive in a city like Mumbai, and Most important there is not much to learn from the position doing same type of work daily make you frustrated and irritating.

The compensation package is not competitive, which can be demotivating. The nature of the work tends to be repetitive, making it monotonous for employees. There is a lack of supporting and collaborative environment in the office. The expectation regarding targets and working hours are too much if you complete your targets in 1/2 day you have to sit in office till the office hours that hit. 5 days a week work from office For the work that can be done from home

There's no pressure for working hours and work itself is very simple rather pathetic

Extreme micromanagement by leaders. There's no sense of personal space. People get very personal with each other making others uncomfortable. No one follows professionalism. Employees talk to each other in extremely downgraded language and abuse each other openly as well. Upper management does not care about such behaviour until you are able to do your allotted work. Talking about work it's nothing but copy paste. For promotions and increments you have to be your manager's pet that will do. Doesn't matter how much effort you are putting into your work and getting good results. Extremely cheap snacks are provided for which most of the employees run for. In short one can be a good fit at PitchBook if they are good at copy pasting and likes to be a boss's pet.
