Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?
I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

The salary is good for a fresher.

Dislikes

The work culture is toxic, they treat us like machines. They puts lots of pressure and shout for small things. They make us work overtime without any compensation. They torture and humiliate their employees on a daily basis. They collect cheque of your 2 months CTC. They make your life a living hell. Please don't work there.

1. Who ever have given more than 1 star are all people who was forced to do so for releasing their salary. 2. They are taking 2 months cheque as a security & then they frame you so that they can put your cheque and they get your 2 months salary.

...e month of training they will bench you and after 20-25 days they will fire you. They wont give you release letter full and final salary and PF exit. Please don’t join this company. Even if you don't have any options don’t join this company.

Be careful while accepting the job in this company, if they demands your original Passing certificate or undated cheque for two months salary then don't accept this condition. It will be used against you after creating such a situation that you will resign immediately. You will have to pay two months salary as well as you will not get the salary for your completed work period. This is based on actual experience of Pioneer Infotech P Ltd.
