...ot of things. The company never respects its employees. Worst work life balance. The salary is also processed slow. The salary gets credit on 15 of every month. A lot of politics in the HR and no career growth. One should not join this company.

Good place to learn and develop skills as a fresher and to handle every type of situation or pressure

No career growth , worst salary structure to manipulate employee , too much pressure without proper resources , improper planning of projects , every things is too much centralized with management, production teams very unsupportive

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow . The warm pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 8 - 10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night

The best thing is there is lot of room to growth and creative freedom. Get involved in decision making makes you learn a lot about different domains. Office ambience is well maintained and at convenient location.

Dislikes

...This area needs improvements. Supporting functions needs a major mindset uplift. Need to revisit the industry standard compensation and culture for talent retention.

Good work environment And culture. Teammates are supporting And the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisal are fair And they given bonus every year.

There is a lots of politics And the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the Job training is Not given to new joinees
