An immature founding team lacking basic knowledge. The CEO misbehaves with female employees. I don't want to label the CEO as arrogant or use any other negative adjectives because he doesn't deserve that. Even 'idiot' doesn't fit him, as he is above all of this. Lastly, the founders don't respect any employees. In fact, they should consider working in another company just to see how a business is run, as they don't even seem to know that.
