I wantsContinue working in pinelabs , all mangament good ,but my salry not increase 2 years ,and no any bonus and traveling fair very low price approval ,and leave for festival and exta announcement ,so pls chek this team , so I hope we pinelabs team good opportunity me.

Salary increase and career growth slow ,and not ,2 years working completed pinelabs but till not payrol employees of pinelabs

Office is in good location. And salary is also good. It credits timely every time.

Before joining here, I thought overall its good. But too much work pressure. There is no job security. All tasks are P0 here. You will not have any worklife balance. No such appreciations as well. Seniors will mock you if you miss any single thing.

Pine labs is good organization but some super intelligent guys from management they are playing with employee. And I had worked but found only negative responding from management

... he hired be only for 6 months due to maternity leave replacement of 1 employee. Yearly bonus and increment not given by him.

...ure is very good, specially for any fresher looking for little bit job security. Salary on time. No office time rigidity, as they focused on job done more.

Company's vision is still on old track. less innovation according to the market.

Talented people are here, If they are supportive you can learn very good from them. If you want to learn C/C++ then surely it is a good place.

...g with employee by shifting it into one team to another in short period of time. Worst part is there is no appraisal and the variable part(bonus) depends on your management not on your performance. Also workforce is less so you have to put extra effort to prove yourself even after office hours.
