Dislikes

The seniors in the Process Department are extremely toxic. They hardly do any work themselves but assign all tasks, like typing, to freshers and take full credit for it. If there are no projects, management transfers employees to other departments like Sales or Accounts without giving them a choice. There is Process calculation followed here. Moreover, the focus is mostly on formatting rather than the actual data in the project.

Management support to employee , motivate and build skill doing work individually. To get chance work with challenging project new technology minor to major thing learned . Hard work performance convert into salary hike. Good for fresher.

Not work satisfaction, cheap culture, not clearity about employees salary, not any health insurance, payment issues, engineer person is also work as purchase, logistics and dispatch and material transport like worker, no breakfast and not any facilities as well as allowance, want only extra hour works l, very cheap people
