...nd team leads with snake behaviour If you can please your manager you can get 1000 rs hike a year 😂😂 Client pays a lot to each employee but doesn’t pay by company atleast 10% of that Better if you can get a job as a mason or a textile salesman you can get paid more If you leave the company they will treat uou like a criminal or something and will make you wait at least for a month to get the relieving documents WORST COMPANY WONT RECCOMENT AND DONT JOIN

There is nothing to like in working for this company. What I liked was the team mates they are the only thing thats good in the company.

Dislike, where to start, The front office executive, she acts, and behaves like a School principal. She has her own rule, no talking, no use of mobiles etc., Then comes the Trainer, one of the worst one I had come accoross, he acts as he knows all, and but he dont know the basic work we do there. Then the Team leads, if you ask about them to the ex employees you will hear the truth. They too acts as the teachers in an old boarding school, no talking, no walking, no changing seats, and no break taking, There are daily meetings, team huddles, mostly 2 or three a day. And then comes the QC, the hitlor. He often said that, he has another face and we dont like that, wonder who said we like his current face. One of the Worst hygienic company I had ever seen, Toilets smells like public comfort stations, the smell of was is awful.

It was good working with Phykon because the process made me engaged in getting my targets done, as well as a good communication with Australian customers, we tend to make the customer realize what's the real market value for electricity and gas for their basic needs of life.
