Company MNC, but totally rules and regulations are very bad. Job not secure.

Technical department managed by non-technical persons. Utility manager Parshant nagar harassment the employee and HR department not any action against nager.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
