One of the Worst company ,not paying salary even peons and sweeper .Five months salary ,gratuity etc pending since seven eight months .Suggesting don't join PCI ltd in future .

legal dept employees are Marathi's , and not corporative to other new joiners , entire legal dept is mess files are not proper no accountabilities no KRA so many issues Culture aya ram gaya ram -HR no policies no labour laws applicable all Highway companies are doing like this In this country Labour dept. is taking pills of drugs hence no check and balance no Law enforcing such comapnies to control in this comapny ..Bad debt ridden comapny
