The only dislike is so called Country Manager. Ms, Shilpi Tiwari She wants to micromanager things, mentally harass team members, her behavior is totally affected team morale. Toxic work environment just because on her.

* No parking * No work life balance. * Toxic environment * Unnecessary work pressure * Lack of appreciation * No job security * Management treat employees like a slave and they have no humanity * Abusive language * They expect that an employee should be an all rounder who can handle other departments work load as well (who are not capable of doing their work). * No respect in front of colleague, buyer and supplier. If someone is still wanted to work with this organisation then forget about your self respect and dignity. * Employee will not get any exposure

Its a terrible place to work . No job security. The country head screams at employee,micro manages , employees are asked to leave at a days notice . Don't join there ever.
