Very toxic working culture, they follow and promote toxic working culture,if you are coming on time and doing your work for given working hrs and thinking of leaving on time then forgot about that, you will stay for 2-3 hrs extra due to toxic working culture

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133.
