Management has no idea about market and provide un natural growth of 25% to 30% every year. Totally buttering and oiling base management. Higher management knows everything but till they silance. Increment is not based on your performance and achievements. Rather than it's based on how much you can do buttering your 1st line and 2nd line.

They give us the salary for work in a singel company but want and force to do work for 2companies. Specially the ABMs r alaways try to force you beyond Working boundarys. Nobody listen to MR's.
