The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Just for salary any one can prefer, need peace of mind don't never think. e-mapping and termination of jobs process are quicker than any other organizations. My colleague also terminated last month, he attend company at 9AM terminated at 10AM.

Salary for new hires is low compared to other companies. If any one (having experience in other companies) came here with good package then it will be nice

Low salary as compared to peers. Promotions since long time and are given to favorite ones. Appraisal 8-10% only. Chances fir Skill development less as you have to do same kind of repetitive job.

As every product based company, they give flexibility to work, also when you are in any product based company your job is not at much rosk unlike the BPO’s or service based organizations. There is scope to learn a lot, there are lot of resources which will help you to learn cross functional knowledge & you get to know what happens in a study with different stake holders, this is not in Pfizer but across any sponsor company you work with.

...all beneficial to employees. A single person ruling the entire line function. Compensation: It is the worst compensation one can offer & mainly the sufferers are the ones who are at the entry level to intermediate levels. You know someone with experience close to 4 years not even reaching 5 lakhs, so thats the kind of compensation structure they hold. It is the worst, you will cry & cant even come out if you are struck Promotions : Even for promotions there is so much of politics that happens & only the ones who are very close to those dictators right 🥹 only they can expect the promotions Pfizer has such a good market value with the vaccine & theyare generating best revenue but inspite there are ZERO employee benefits, pls. mark my words you can check with other sponsors too about the benefits they provide, worst. Think of all these joining here, 4 brand want u join/dont join here, notgoodplace.
