People working here are making it domestic company. Facilities and promotion, increment totally based on favorism. Hardworking and many deserving people are being left behind and some leaving the company. So this scenario has to be changed. This is Ruining faith and trust in company. Sometimes biaseness seen due to locality. 1 suggestion : 1 feedback form for managers also to be sent to colleagues to fill. Otherwise in every aspects Pfizer is a very good company

Pfizer vizag has excellent in terms of safety. It has good work life balance, many leaves, mostly u can get many leaves. But no promotions, increment was very low max 9%. Currently growth is only for women.. for men Pfizer is not good option currently

i worked as a third party agent and it is the only thing i dislike while working there, rest all it depends upon personal abilities.
