Pfizer vizag has excellent in terms of safety. It has good work life balance, many leaves, mostly u can get many leaves. But no promotions, increment was very low max 9%. Currently growth is only for women.. for men Pfizer is not good option currently

I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed).
