It's a very good company, the Culture established in this company, you never imagine how beautiful it is, once you out from the Organization then only you feel the beauty. Work-Life balance is superb, it depends on your reporting manager. Job security is also good. You will learn the things like out of the box/department, everyone helpful if we need any information. You can directly talk to GM, CFO, and CEO. Note: The work location is Qatar.

Only salary delay is the issue.

In our page teammates are not bad and training is very selfish one , job security is good , Carrer growth is excellent ototake our own interests , about salary is very worst , more politics , learning is good, work environment also excellent, work life is ok not bad like that, that's all... thank you.

In our company is training is not good, career growth is our own step up, about salary is very very worst , travel is not bad , more politics the interest of work fully distracted to politics learning is good, innovative thinkers no one is there and nobody support for innovation thinks , work-life is not bad , no one supported , our company not support for me in covid 19 , still not giving some benefits , finally now job less and company not supporting me , no benefits.... thanks

company good for new technician because have good salary for them .about older technician company not do anything .

company good .but management not good . salary increment not there in 1 year or after 2 year . if you work with petroserve you cant balance much more .

For the past years in Petroserv limited management, security and work culture has been good during covid-19 lockdown. They should keep it up. Example was provision of health food and portable water.

Dislikes

Salary increment is very poor especially the Africans . 1 and half years working as a safety officer with nebosh and iosh certificates but not even 1 riyal has been added to my salary which very bad and also limit the confidence in me. Thanks and regards
