I found it a homely environment, to develop one's skills and gather experience. The company culture and management allows to entertain have innovative ideas from the beginners as well. Teammates as well as seniors are co-operative and take care as well.

Dislikes

Though usually offers a healthy package, but the increment in salary and position as well is very slow! One may work at same position and for same compensation for long years though continuously achieving targets in his / her field.

Accustomed to fast paced projects where deadlines are priority & handling multiple job is the norm.I enjoy & see challenge as an opportunity & take pride in my work .

1. Uncontrolled hiring of wrong manpower during expansion led to uncontrolled expenses. 2. Lack of top management oversight on client payables led to bankruptcy.

Ensure daily tool box talks are conducted relating to the hazards and risks involved before the start of work. Reporting of Unsafe conditions, near misses, minor or major accidents to Site safety in charge. Investigation of unsafe incidents and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive action. Coordination with the site in charge or engineers regarding daily project activities and study of risks and hazards involved. Also implementation of necessary preventive and corrective action for the same. Daily safety rounds at the allocated site to ensure safe working condition, safe working behavior. Regular inspections of all tools and tackles at the site for proper safe working condition. Discard of defective or unsafe tools and tackles. Close observation of all the employees following the safety aspect to the requirement and nominating them for awards or recognition at the end of project. Maintain the site PPE records. Ensure proper use of all the PPEs by all the employees at site. Take active part in daily safety meetings conducted by the client. Communicate to client regarding any unsafe working condition or situation at site. Assist the site safety in charge in carrying out hazards and risk assessments, preparation of Ventilation plan, JSA etc. Conduct weekly safety audit at sites and implement necessary action points for all the findings. Ensure 100% compliance to the work permit system by all the employees. Ensure 100% Compliance to hole watching. Display of safety poster all over the site.

From my side, I am thankful to the Petron Engineering construction limited because, In this scenario of the lockdown the company has support to our employees by giving their salary on time, some management of the company is literally harsh to the employee, therefore, the situation goes to LTLC. otherwise well, and I am a part of the team therefor I thankful to all concerned employees of the PECL team for the successful completion of lot of projects in India on time.
