Managers are not able to perform indipendently because of higher level involvement. Partiality, politics in monthly awards . Saturday Sunday irritating call from managers . Management need to be improved at India office and culture to maintain really as MNC and not like a small scale company. Meetings need to be short and crisp. Need to stop micromanagement for maintaining good and sincere employees.

No words for CSO manager and director APAC...mental torture by harsh words and character assassination.job threats, long hours useless meetings.... pathetic work load management...zero understanding and support from manager and director....they jst know how to speak...nothing else.....they will judge you if u speak with girls in the office or be frndly with them....u r not allowed to have a relationship in office .... pathetic culture that only cso team follow because of their manager and director...and manager is of no use ..she has no knowledge of management...so if u want to join perstorp all the best .. because it will be the horrible days of ur life...late sittings..no paid over time, theh will insist you to work on sat sun as well....no work and personal life... u will work 13 to 14 hrs a day and without any satisfaction .all in the fear of those taunting words by manager and director apac.... Bad manager and director to ever work with....have a good time .

Through my experience as an intern I can say that Perstorp gives you the best working condition. For them the safety of an employee comes first. Also one can learn and gain the knowledge because the team is so supportive. The work culture is good with no burdens on employee. Company policies are good. Everything is well scheduled.

No growth opportunities, no work life balance, u will be working even on off days. Only benefit of joining perstorp India office is that you will have lots of drama in your life. You will get dreams in sleep abt ur work pressure. Not proper management in CSO department, they only believe in words and not actions.
