I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for fair treatment and a professional workplace. My experience with this company was highly disappointing. After completing my notice period, my salary was not released. The management is unprofessional and constantly looks for reasons to deduct employees' earnings unfairly. Despite officially offering weekly offs, they frequently demand employees to work on weekends without proper compensation. Taking leave is another struggle, as approvals are rarely granted without unnecessary hassle. One of the biggest issues is the unfair workload distribution. Even when a project officially requires a team of 10 people, management often assigns just one or two, leading to extreme pressure and unrealistic expectations. Additionally, when the company faces losses, they shift the blame onto employees instead of taking responsibility at the management level. Office politics is also a major problem, making the work environment toxic.
