Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?
I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

They have not supported me yet. But they have some good clients to work at their place like expedia, bombardier metro etc. My experience with perfect accounting is totally worst. They follow the govt. instruction to not fired any employee but when supreme court passed a decision in favour of employer that they can deduct salary or fired any employee in crucial situation during covid 19, then they did it so nicely.

I like the most friendly behaviour of our seniors. Friendly environment here and you can learn more about accounting. Towards the covid-19 lockdown, company has plan for their employees.company giving it's best in current situation like work from home facilities.

If you going for the position of accounts executive and they told u to work under priti do not join thia company just do not... she just sit n use fb and will tell u to even fill her water bottles but never make u learn/teach
