PJIFPL is a good company for the beginners.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Neither Compensation is decent, neither there is any future growth. Only false commitments from Managements. I worked here for almost 3 years. There is no team culture, all are independent performers lead by the CEO. Just for shake there is Hierarchy, but actually there is no hierarchy. Hence it is hell for the people with experience.

Nothing. Poor management. Clueless CEO, insecured investors. No planning, only work on whims and fancies of investors. CEO has no clue or power to take decisions.

Dislikes

Everything.. no hr policies, no people management, no business plan, financially unstable, too much of investor interference.. no care n respect for individuals… hire without plan, fire without thinking
