Once they are trained and certified they always have IJP opportunity within. Its great place to work. All Tech people have opportunity to fly with PTG to Costa Rica/Canada/US.

Compensation is decent but growth is fast.

Nothing likes , my suggestion is dnt join these company . Has saying like my personal experience.

Almost dis likes like salary, job security will not there , dnt have any company culture . still there are treating like govt elementary schools

Provides food for lunch and dinner. Provides accommodation for people who comes out of Hyderabad. Can improve skills.

Dislikes

Management is not. Low salary. No hikes Full of waste politics. Even higher management will not consider by work they only give importance for the people who are close to them.

They can pay Good so don't hesitate in asking more but there after not benefits.

Most Managers and Team leads are non tech doesn't have idea about industry they work. No Vision. No carrer growth. For no reason company name changes and HR doesn't give any answer.

The only thing that is good is that you get to learn from amazing leads and seniors, depends on the project. Work pressure is not that much.

Dislikes

...ment. No flexibility for work. You will find the worst HRs in this company only. Very less salary, no hikes. No job security, you might get last working day mail out of blue. No proper projects. People who join as seniors will end up leaving company within days because of poor work culture.
