Likes

There is complete job security. We got bonuses and appraisals during pandemic too. Work is hectic and busy but it is better than having no work and being removed from jobs that happened to many in 2020. There is great team work and support from the seniors and owners.

Dislikes

They should have better scrutiny where hiring is considered. this will make sure all are at the same pace and give the same output.

Likes

They have a very impressive client list which has given me very good learning opportunities. There is a good career ladder. Good guidance and support is provided by co-workers. The incentive/bonus is very impressive.

Dislikes

Addition of team members is required as there is a continuous increase in number and types of clients. Hiring is already happening so Pentacle team is already working on it

Likes

They were not that supportive instead were expecting to work 7 weeks for 14-15hrs.. Could have been better if they had proper working process and more employees for on time delivery.

Dislikes

No working ethics and work life balance.
