Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

Nothing to like in company, all things worst. Full fraud company. Unprofessional Employees. Worst company for new joinees

Dislikes

As per offer salary not giving, CTC breakup not giving after joining different salary breakup seen. Hr policies worst. Not supporting very unprofessional Peoples are in pelltech healthcare. Very Bad experience. 12 hrs 15 hrs working shifts.

No like there is no job security and Hr policy is very bad are you take one leave deduction two days salary human harasment comnicution gap no traveling allowed for family person company is situated 3 km from main road . senior manager very bad behaviour for employees .

Nothing to like in this company. Poor Management with orthodox thinking.

Dislikes

Illiterate manager with 12 years of experience. No ethics , Morals with zero knowledge how to conduct with employees. Female Manager are completely bias towards the male employees and harassing / disrespectfull towards the female employees if they argue or suggest something. Horrible experience during the employment period.

It is totally non professional company and fruad, unethical and wasting of time who is professional and want to work honestly. No security of anykind. Even no facility of first aid. Talking about this company itself is crime. They all are lier and theft.
