Very bad company No salary on time Almost two months salary is pending along with other bonuses. No increments for the last two years CEO is a liar. Very untrustworthy and still very rude Every senior person is rude Managers threatens about lay off if you don't work more than working hours. Senior managers threatens about demotion if you don't work on weekends. Forget work life balance. Forget New year, Diwali bonuses Forget any event, any celebration coz HR people are worthless Forget appreciations, extra money for extra work. No perks at all, just donkey work. HR people have no work at all. They are just the puppets of the management team. If you take sick leaves or unplanned leaves, you will get calls on phone for joining back or you will get job threats and increment threats No personal life. You will get calls for work on weekdays after work hours, on weekends, in hospitals and on your planned leaves You will also get calls on national holidays

Most of the Other team members are helpful... Friendly environment, not sure on management level.

Dislikes

...th higher management and then log off for the day. No appraisals in three years. No overtime, no work life balance, no on time salary as well.

There is no work life balance. No promotion. No salary on time . Expection are so high . Everyday they want us to work for around 12-13hrs . Also they will ask to work on saturday and sunday. If you are on holiday managers will call you personally to join for work. No appreciation. I have not yet received the FNF even after 4months after i left.

Nothing to like. They will not pay you your salary even if your family members are hospitalized.

Employees Issue 1. Salary not on time 2. No transparency about the current situation 3. False hope given by the management 4. Bonus not paid from 2021 (which is 12% of the salary) Ex Employees Issue 1. FNF not settled even after 6 months (even if your FNF amount is 30,000) 2. No replies on the email Fundamental issues 1. They label themselves as an AI company but all of there product are rule based

Fake promise,no work life balance, less payments Salary delayed by 3 4 months, half half salary being paid, company CEO only making fake promise and can't keep word. Salary issues since 1.5 years .every time ceo said it will be fix next 3 months but its still goes on. Finance team won't reply you and Mrs.janet Dsilva is manager in finance always speak arrogantly with every one like she is the owner of the company. NO WORK ETHICS.
