-Work culture - Disgusting CEO who will try to control everything - Unreasonable budgets - Mistreatment by cluster heads - No work done by senior managers - Overall lack of awareness to employees needs - The gm is a lunatic - Increment process is unfair and biased and delayed - Long hours minimum 14hrs work enforced - Leaves not allowed by HODs - MD has no empathy towards her employees and does not care about the people welfare that's why such a union in the organization

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
