Everything Toxic environment Politics in the air HOD will make you feel like slave, You’ve to work 24x7, your HOD can call you anytime after office (even 12 night) and you’ve to pick it otherwise be ready for next day interaction. During my tenure, I worked with all top management Team including CMD Mr. Deepak Seth. Mr. Deepak Seth is very energetic person, he did all with the help of his Team, and Mr. Seth also did the best for his direct team.

If you are doing job in pearl global plot no 1617 or are thinking of joining then always remember one thing that your work has no value there because internal politics is very much there.

Every company has its pros and cons I concentrate on good stuff only no matter its less or more.Company let us do the work in our way which helps us a lot in thinking and planning.It has a very healthy and positive work environment.
