Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

Worst work culture female manager and HR in pune they thinks they have owned the company, they literally fire the female candidates rasism and castism is there and female manager insulted me many times based on my religion and treated me like slave

No likes, Worst manager not helpful

Dislikes

Worst company, no work life balance for employees, they sign 2 years bond for freshers. Freshers please don't join this company. Some management peoples are not helpful. They also don't give KT for project, project will directly assign to you. Worst Manager - She is fully arrogant and rude person. She don't have knowledge how to talk with our team mates and company employees. She directly assigns the work to you and tells you that I want this work done by EOD. She has less experience in management.

I don't like anything in this organisation simply I wasted my 7 months. This is not right place to work for freshers and as well as experience person they will spoil there career if they will join on this company better to search for other one I would like suggest to everyone.

Mainly the worst employees,worst working culter,they will black mail you like hell.and they will take your original certificate before joining the company.if you plan to leave this company then will blackmailing you and demanding to pay up to 150000.
