No cab facilities as they have rotational shifts and shifts are not feasible salary is less and work is more two chat simoultensosly no other benifits like any mothly refreshments or benifits they make its BPO like work culture ans school like strictness

Leave structure is a bit complicated and they didn't provide cab facility.And being a It company we have to work Saturday I think that should be changed.

Salary will be credited timely. You will get to learn about corporate world You will get in touch with many big clients where you can switch from PC solutions to those tier 1 companies

Management is unsupportive Lower salary and hike Manager and Senior consultant both will treat you like slave If your mistake is not there then also you get scolded infront of customer from Manager. These things happened infront of me with my colleagues. She cried and left this company. In case of death in family and someone applies For leave they will say every year your family members keep expiring.

It depends on the project you're working in. The projects determine the pressure or environment you're into. Not much availability of growth as you're working third party projects.
