There is no politics and the management address our very good. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

They told me ...CTC with PF , ESI and after when I join with them they don't give me that facilities so, confirm this first... Otherwise the company was great
