Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...ONLY hike for the girls not for the boys. In PBI analytics there is no projects. they hire freshers with salary.... . they wait for the project if projects come they will assign or else they simply remove. they are playing with the life's of freshers. Humble request don't join PBI analytics.

The company's founders are egotistical, rude, and only interested in upskilling employees if it benefits them personally. One of the founders shows clear favoritism towards female employees, readily listening to their requests while disregarding male employees. He is unreliable and dismissive when male employees seek his help, which reflects poorly on his character.
