Co operative hospital payyannur is a multi speciality hospital with 300 bed and 13 specialties ,which is registered and working under the control of co operative department ,Govt of Kerala.The hospital has a fully equipped laboratory and Microbiology lab .I am working in that hospital is improve my knowledge and co workers helping me study about machines is used to do tests (biochemistry ,hematology ,serology ).The machines are fully automated .

The work pressure is high .night duties are 15hours in that time cannot get rest .and there have not hostal

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
