Nothing to be liked,it's even worst than a startup coz people here promote nepotism, performance does not matter here what really matter is how close you are with the managers.

HR is helpless and it's manager driven company ,your leader can kick you out just for an fact that you don't laugh at his jokes. Your career can be ruined by your leader and HR supports this behaviour
