... have bad experience depending on the project and manager you are working under. Pay could be better.

Likes

It has a good client and one can get exposure if he is willing to learn and grow. There is nothing much which can be expected from Payoda.

Dislikes

...tments are just for name sake and it seems all the decisions are manger centric. Very poor compensation structure. Rewards and recognition is just limited to a certificate and you cannot expect more. Regional influence can be seen. Facilities provided to employees are very less and sometimes you have to fight for that.

No pros I see for testing

Firstly, there is no much of projects in the organization. If one gets over, you will there in bench for few months and forced to join a project that do not match your technical expectation. If you are from automation API project and that project gets over, you will be moved to manual testing for web. There is a manager "Mohan bharathi" who doing micromanagement by torturing the employees mentally. There is no use if you complaint about QA manager to senior management. Many teammates from testing has left the organization due to his inhumane actions and still we are suffering. The QA manager was there since the company started and so he feels he is a king maker, lol. He does not have exposure to any other organization structure so he thinks whatever he do as right. Even if you are not reporting directly, one point or another you will be moved under him and your career will spoilt.

Excellent people to work. Excellent work life balance. No micro management.

Dislikes

HRs are having more control than project managers. HRs are not employee centric and flexible. Project Managers are employee friendly and humble.
