I joined in 2016 as single handed branch with 80Cr turnover and left in 2020 with 800cr growth with 6 branch operation planning management. So its all about the bandwidth and continues performance.

During covid19 company cut salary, Its not negative because of the business policy. However the more you show your positive performance then you will get more positive environment. I enjoyed like king during 4 years and did what I can.

This company is gud here anyone can get a bright future.My senior and junior team is so spourting all are HV full dedication and hard work with their work.

Dislike are not much only salary issue bcoz salary time is not fix.

As a private company employee, you can learn not just about your roles and responsibilities, but you can also learn other departments works too, which can be used as extra skills.

Dislikes

Work load will be very heavy, and sometimes support from the concern person or team or authority can't come. But they can only say to manage the work when out of resources.
