...ike - 1. no leave on saturdays, even for traders. you just have to punch in. 2. no paid leave, u are absent for any reason, ur salary will be deducted. in a year, they add one more month of salary, im lieu of the salary deducted through out the year. and it is called bonus. now a days, don't know which companies follows this type of practice.

Management and bosses the policy that company has dosent relies on the policy and says that the policy dosent apply to me or the employee if its not in companys favor
