...proval for gloves when patient is on chair. The approval is not a quick process. Said salary(which is also really less) is not paid properly and becomes dependent on various factors which is not informed of before work starts. Since it's mostly spread out in major cities, living expenses are really high and less funds really takes a toll. Your role changes depending on their necessity and you will have to travel and work extra with no compensation for the same. There is no work life balance with no leave being given and leave can only be taken at the cost of pay. Salary is basically a huge disappointment and it feels even more bad when you work really hard and then salary gets cut for reasons you aren't aware of.

I have been working with Partha Dental for past 4 months . I have heard many colleagues complain about the pay packet. Instead of joining that crowd, I quietly enquired on my own, from friends and classmates from all over the place. The feedback I got was a pleasant surprise. Partha Dental not only pays salaries as per prevalent standards, it adds incentives as well. The more work you do, the more you get.

I like working in Partha but only one thing is we have only four weekoff in a month that wouldn't be sufficient .we don't even get leave for festivals that could be considered. Can give atleast 10 to 15 times tea break for doctors bcos we sit inside the clinic for 9 long hours or else you could provide some refreshments or think about giving petty cash .Thank you

I can improve my working skills bcoz more patients walkin will b there.. salary will b given on time..I can improve my knowledge and skills regarding all dental procedures..
